550 decision-makers in the field of nuclear energy from 39 countries, ministers of the Hungarian government and Mohammed El-Baradei, president of the International Atomic Energy Agency participated in the world’s largest atomic energy summit organized in Budapest. During the 4-day conference, we organized 5 meetings of the governing council, 16 city sightseeing tours in 6 foreign languages each, 3 large-scale gala dinners (at the Opera House, the Fishermen’s Bastion and the National Gallery) and an international press conference, followed by additional three-day post-conference trips in 5 countries. According to the organizer, WANO Moscow Center and the leaders of the participating world centers, the event in Budapest was the most professional and highest standard biannual general meeting of the organization ever since its first in 1991; this feedback garnered professional recognition for Euroshow by the management of the MVM group (Hungarian Electricity Private Limited Company) and the Paks Nuclear Power Plant.
